We want you to love your FIGS as much as we do, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition. Please note that items marked as final sale or personalized embroidery are not eligible for return.

Pack and Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Drop It Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
